Group VP of People & Organisation

Susan Salzbrenner is a resourceful organizational psychologist with a passion and interest in making the workplace meaningful (and fun) for everyone. Currently based in Copenhagen, her expertise and international experience range from large-scale transformations, leadership and organizational development to purpose-driven individual change processes. In her professional life, she’s both been an entrepreneur, an employee and a consultant working with large multinational organisations around the globe. She has now found her home at the Swiss-headquartered family company Bossard, as the Head of People and Organisation. And although she technically works in «Human Resources» – she hates to use that term.

Talk - What makes a movement move?

In this session, we’ll be exploring change movements as ways to transform organisations to solve complex challenges.
We will uncover benefits of movements, critical factors for change movements to work, how to detect pseudo-involvements and how to avoid it. The session will be spiced with practical, real-life examples (failures and successes alike) as well as tips on how to get started.
You’ll hopefully leave the session with an understanding of when and how to move from change done to people to change done with, or even better, by people.
